For the newcomers and the very interested in ensigns... The whole history of the so called Union Jack or Union Flag and its components. I can't imagine the poor British children learning to draw their flag at school: A flag containing three other flags!
I knew that, because in the camp where I was working last summer, I had to explain to children how the flag had been modified once and again. Then I divided them into groups of four and each group colour one. Finally we decorate the dinnig-room with their works because we was celebrating the Independece Day! Ones were England and others were USA.
